What We’re Looking For

  • At least 2+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving search rankings and organic traffic
  • Excellent communication skills in English (B2+) and strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in keyword research, semantic search, and AI-assisted topic clustering
  • Understanding of search engine algorithms, structured data, and technical SEO fundamentals
  • Skilled in analytics and reporting with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Experience in SEO platforms such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar
  • Understanding of link building strategies and off-page SEO
  • Ability to collaborate with copywriters and developers to implement SEO best practices
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and project management tools like ClickUp

Nice to Have

  • Experience in ecommerce SEO and performance-driven industries
  • Familiarity with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms
  • Knowledge of basic HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
  • Experience with paid media and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience with CRO tools such as Optimizely, VWO, Microsoft Clarity, or Hotjar

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct advanced SEO audits, combining technical analysis with AI insights
  • Draft and execute SEO strategies that drive long-term sustainable traffic growth
  • Perform keyword and topic research using AI-powered tools for content strategy
  • Create SEO content briefs and outlines enriched with semantic and intent-based insights
  • Monitor website health, run automated weekly checks, and apply AI-driven error detection
  • Execute and analyze quarterly technical audits (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush)
  • Collaborate with copywriters, developers, and marketing managers to optimize user experience
  • Use AI and analytics to forecast SEO opportunities, test strategies, and measure results
  • Stay on top of evolving AI and SEO trends, ensuring our clients maintain a competitive edge.
