We’re looking for a dedicated Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you’ll drive impactful results by optimizing conversion rates across various digital touchpoints, from ecommerce websites to landing pages and digital campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization
  • Proficiency in CRO tools such as Optimizely, VWO, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or Hotjar
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly with Google Analytics and ecommerce metrics
  • Proven track record of successfully running A/B and multivariate tests
  • Ability to effectively identify barriers to conversion and propose strategic solutions
  • Fluent in English (B2+)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the ecommerce industry, particularly beauty or consumer products
  • Familiarity with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for test implementations
  • Experience with paid media and digital marketing strategies.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate testing strategies to optimize conversions
  • Utilize analytics tools to regularly evaluate website performance and user behavior
  • Collaborate with internal teams including design, development, and marketing to execute CRO strategies
  • Provide clear and insightful reports on test results and key insights to internal stakeholders.
