Where Vision Meets Strategy
I started out in 2000 working in design agencies, drawn to the field by my passion for art applied to graphic design. Over the years, my focus evolved from editorial design and packaging into a broader specialization in web design and brand consistency across every sales channel, working closely with FJ Solutions to help a wide range of brands shape their identity from the ground up.
In 2005 I joined FJ Solutions as a Junior Designer. Along the way my focus evolved to web design, UI, and UX, and I took on hands-on work in branding, email marketing, and Growth Driven Design. That shaped how I think now: design only matters when it connects to how a brand performs and grows.
Today I lead my team with a collaborative approach, working side by side with the team members on every project rather than directing from a distance. My current focus is design built around performance and conversion, making sure every brand I work with doesn’t just look strong, but grows because of it.
Educational Background
My design background combines formal education with continuous, hands-on specialization. I studied Graphic Design at the Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA), and I’ve completed further training across various UI/UX platforms to stay current as design keeps evolving.
On the strategy side, I hold HubSpot Academy certifications in Growth Driven Design and Email Marketing, along with Scrum Master and Product Owner certifications, which back the way I lead my team today: design that holds up creatively, and process that turns it into results.
