Inside the partner:
the core overview
We developed and executed the full digital campaign strategy for Garden D’Amore at Fairchild, combining paid media, email marketing, landing page optimization, and AI-assisted creative direction to elevate the event’s premium visual identity.
Facing a few blockers before the redesign
Before launching, we conducted a comprehensive audit to identify the technical, data, and market friction points that stood between Fairchild and its revenue goals.
01
Tracking & Legacy Data Gaps
Historical conversion data was limited due to inconsistent tracking structures prior to the 2026 campaign.
02
Market Positioning & Urgency
Garden D’Amore faced the challenge of driving advance ticket sales for a seasonal Valentine’s event in a compressed purchase window, while maximizing revenue through premium seating and add-on experiences.
03
UX & Creative
Alignment
From a UX and conversion standpoint, the experience depended on multiple platforms and touchpoints creating friction across discovery and checkout. In parallel, the campaign needed to communicate more effectively through visual storytelling and creative direction.
04
Timeline, Operations & KPIs
Executed within a one-month timeline, the project required cross-channel coordination across paid media, development, SEO, email, and analytics. Key KPIs centered on ticket revenue growth, premium sales, and efficient conversions through segmented targeting.

The project ran on WordPress + Elementor integrated with XTruLink for ticketing, GA4 for funnel tracking, and Klaviyo for segmented email. Paid acquisition via Meta and Google Ads included branded search, Performance Max, and SEO optimizations to drive awareness and conversions.

04
Data-Driven Optimization
Performance was continuously tracked via GA4, paid media reporting, and email metrics, allowing the campaign to adapt dynamically based on engagement signals and conversion timing leading up to Valentine’s Day.

Conversion and sales metrics
The campaign surpassed the client’s sales goal by over 14%, with core admissions driving 76% of total revenue and premium add-ons accounting for the remaining 24%. Paid media and CRM acted as the primary growth engines:
Meta Ads: Led the acquisition effort, driving the highest volume of new customer acquisitions and accounting for 27.5% of total campaign revenue.
Google Ads: Delivered highly efficient conversions by capturing high-intent demand, capturing 13.8% of total revenue while maintaining a powerful 3.55 ROAS.
Email Marketing: Maintained an exceptional 56% average open rate, accounting for over 10% of directly attributed revenue through segmented lifecycle flows, automated follow-ups, and targeted premium upsells.
Engagement and UX metrics
Organic Search led in engagement quality, while returning users showed significantly higher interaction rates, reflecting multi-visit purchase behavior. The funnel generated 711 tracked checkout handoffs, with 65% of confirmations on mobile — validating the mobile-first UX approach. Traffic and conversions spiked sharply in the final week, confirming the “last-minute planner” pattern identified during planning.
Qualitative impact
The campaign repositioned Garden D’Amore as a premium experience through AI-assisted creative direction and emotional storytelling. It also established a more measurable marketing framework via GA4 funnel tracking, segmented CRM workflows, and multi-channel attribution — improving visibility across the full customer journey.
