We are seeking a Senior Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Strategist—a highly analytical and strategic thinker with 5+ years of proven experience driving ecommerce growth across all digital channels.
This 100% remote, part‑time role will partner closely with our Project Manager, providing strategic direction, data insights, and roadmap development across omni‑channel campaigns (paid ads, SEO, email, CRO, affiliates, social).
You’ll collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to define objectives, analyze KPIs like CAC, LTV, ROAS, and guide effective customer acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Create & execute omni‑channel strategies (SEO, PPC, email, social, affiliate, CRO), aligned with client goals.
- Develop e‑commerce roadmaps: benchmark current state, define test hypotheses and prioritize optimizations.
- Analyze performance metrics: traffic, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, ROAS; deliver actionable insights and reports. Understanding of our KPIs Dashboard.
- Support Project Manager in strategy sessions, ideation, resource planning, and client presentations.
- Stay current on digital trends, tools, and best practices to ensure competitive edge.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing, or strategic growth roles.
- Demonstrable experience in acquisition strategy across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency with GA, Shopify/e‑comm platforms, Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics and reporting tools.
- Experience creating and managing performance dashboards and client reporting.
- Excellent communication skills—able to present data-driven strategies effectively to clients and internal teams.
- Highly autonomous, self‑motivated, and skilled in time management in fully remote environments.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken – B2 minimum).
- No formal degree required—but portfolio of e‑commerce success is a must.
Nice to Have
- Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, Meta Blueprint, Shopify, etc.
- Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and personalization roadmaps.
- Exposure to team leadership or mentorship.
