We’re looking for a creative and proactive Junior Paid Media Manager to join our growing team. If you have at least 1 year of hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads, and you’re excited to learn from a team of experienced professionals, this role is for you.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
  • A creative mindset and interest in exploring new ad formats and ideas.
  • Willingness to learn from senior teammates and take initiative on projects.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Events Manager, Google Ads Editor, or Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience working on eCommerce, lead generation.
  • Experience with TikTok Ads or other paid social platforms.

What You’ll Do?

  • Support the planning and execution of paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
  • Assist in developing ad creatives, copywriting, and audience strategies.
  • Work closely with our senior media team to review results and apply learnings.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to bring campaign ideas to life.
  • Contribute to testing new platforms like TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
  • Stay curious and up to date with industry trends and best practices.
