Job Overview
FJ Solutions is looking for a proactive, organized Account & Project Manager to lead the relationship with one of our top Beauty Industry partners.
You’ll oversee ongoing digital marketing initiatives and a major Shopify relaunch, acting as the bridge between our expert team and the client to drive results and hit strategic goals.

The Opportunity
FJ Solutions is looking for someone to manage one of our partners, who’s a big name in the Beauty Industry.
You’ll be in charge of:
- Keeping our ongoing digital marketing plans running smoothly and delivering results.
- Leading an important project to bring our partner platforms to a new level.
You’ll be the main connection between the client’s team and our specialists at FJ Solutions, making sure everyone’s on the same page, things get done right, and we hit our goals.
What You’ll Do?
Lead Client Partnership:
Serve as the primary point of contact for the client’s team, building strong relationships, proactively addressing concerns, and ensuring their goals are met across all initiatives.
Keep Communication Flowing:
Make sure information moves smoothly between the client and our internal teams.
Dual Project & Account Oversight:
Expertly manage two core streams of work simultaneously:
- Ongoing Digital Strategy: Oversee our digital marketing services (email/SMS, Google/Meta ads, development, design, CRO) for the client’s online stores, making sure we stay within budget. Your main focus will be hitting our goals for 2025, like increasing sales, getting more subscribers, boosting engagement, and lowering customer acquisition cost. .
- Upcoming Strategic Initiatives: Lead important upcoming projects, especially building a new website with the latest technology. You’ll make sure the project fits with the client’s vision, including their new brand identity and updated branding.
Plan and Prioritize:
Turn client goals into tasks we can act on. Decide what our team needs to work on first to meet the client’s needs.
Communicate and Report:
- Set up regular meetings to check in with the client, and have weekly and bi-weekly meetings with the project team.
- Create and deliver reports on time, including weekly updates on project progress, monthly reports on how the partnership is doing, and detailed reports at the end of each Shopify project stage.
- Manage communication according to our guidelines for regular updates, urgent requests, and critical issues.
Work with the Team:
Collaborate with our specialists in all areas (email/SMS, ads, development, design, SEO) to deliver successful results. Coordinate launches with the client’s teams (marketing, finance, customer care) and our internal teams.
Manage Projects, Scope, and Quality:
- Keep a close eye on project timelines and milestones.
- Track the project scope to make sure we stick to what we agreed on, and manage any changes properly.
- Oversee quality testing for the Shopify project before launch to catch any problems.
- Manage support for the new platform after it launches.
- Provide project documentation and training when the Shopify project is done.
